here's a few better shots of the custom diffuser on my GPW:

(very subtle but tasteful IMO, my buddy thought it was actually part of the "CR" package!)

reminds me of the sti diffuser, which i think looks too small and like an afterthought on the subaru, but here it matches better.

i'm a fan, though i think it could be slightly bigger.

it's missing something....oh! A good diffuser would also cover the openings behind the wheels. Does it do this?

No this piece is only on the rear - not quite sure what you mean by going behind the rear wheels? But I don't like those rear diffusers that stick out past the bunper, looks a bit too over the top for me.

What I mean is that air is still being caught in the bumper via the space behind the rear tires...I cant tell in the pic if that is closed up now or not. Aesthetically it's fine, functionally I assume it is lacking....
