My suzuka s2000
Heey guys i dont know if this is the correct forum coz i was browsing and i couldnt find what i was looking for. well let me just get to the point. i have a suzuka blue s2000 and i am planing to paint it laguna blue. soo what do u guys suggest the suzuka or the laguna?
It's like asking if you should eat meatball parm or chicken alfredo for dinner. Pick which color you like better. Personally, I wouldn't pick Laguna unless you don't mind being seen in a purple car.

Not to mention the cost of a good paint job. You are going to have to have your motor pulled, your doorjams done, etc etc. Also, you're going to have to find a quality shop in your area. Be prepared to be without your car for awhile, because auto body shops like to take their good ol' time.
I have a crazy idea for you. If you want a Laguna S2K, trade in your Suzuka and save yourself the headache. (and money from what a quality paint job costs)
We're in a recession, dunski; why are you thinking about wasting money that would probably finance a turbo and tune on a paint job to an OEM color? lol don't you know you have the best color already, daniel-son?

OEM quality paint jobs are expensive and can be hard to find.... I just got my car back where a VERY good body shop had to correct another body shops poor painting/blending job. 3 panels were repainted, the hood and both front fenders... Total was $1,560 for those three parts.
Even paint jobs from the factory can have issues as well, such as runs, areas too thick or thin ect... I've been told that factory paint jobs are baked at a much higher temp. This is beause the body parts are not on the car, so they do not have to worry about plastics and other materials melting.
