Default My top fixable? pics inside

the only thing i hate on my car more than the wheels is the top!!
the plastic it faded and shitty looking and well as kinda warped i gues you'd say.
the top itself seems a little loose and has wax residue on it.
i dont have the cash for a new top at the moment, but do plan on a new top with glass asap.
Any of this fixable? Plexus and the hot water trick maybe?

I'll never understand why any convertible in the 20th century used plastic rear windows.

As long as it's not leaking, I don't see what you need to fix.

I'd take some 303 to it and clean it up a bit.

Is it cold where you live?
Seems the heat from the summer would have tightened it up as much as it can.

Just use some 303 cleaner and get it cleaned up a little bit.
Should at least make it look better.

Good luck.

I see what you mean.

But seriously though, its time for you to upgrade to an '02 top or just rock a hardtop.

Try Raggtopp cleaner/conditioner for the actual vinyl portion of the soft top - does a great job and should clean that right up.

Plexus would probably do a pretty good job on the rear plastic window (I'd imagine) there are a few other products that can help as well.
