Default Need help with J's Engine Torque Damper

So I picked up a new J's strut tower bar and torque damper. I'm having a hard time figuring out how the damper connects to the hole in the tower bar. None of the bolts supplied will thread through the tower bar hole.

Here are the supplied bolts. The bracket and bolt that connect to the engine are already installed.

Also should note that the previous owner of this car had a spoon torque damper installed so that fuse box bracket below that hole has been removed. Not sure if that's the source of my problem or not. Any ideas from owners of this setup? Thanks.

The part you are referring to in the first picture looks like a spacer for the side where you mount the ETD on the strut bar mounting bracket

When I was installing my J's damper I sent an email to J's USA to determine what size bolts should come I am uploading that PDF for you.

Thanks Jojo. That helped and I also realized that I was stupid and didn't see the vertical bracket at the bottom of the left side brace (after seeing your photo).
