MY07 - as basic as they come, no hardtop or oem options.

I am looking into 2 directions at the moment.

I REALLY am a freak about having the optional parts (ie: strakes, lip, trunk spoiler), however I am not sure if I can justify $1240 shipped from Hardtopguy for all 3. I also want exhaust, (either T1R Sparrow 70mm-EM or J's racing 60rs dual). Now understand I don't track my S, I don't care for squeezing the most power I can out of it, it's simply a garage car that comes out on the weekends. I miss the sound of exhaust and want something that really stands out, so probably J's. So please, help me decide; and what would you do?

Strakes, Wing, Front lip ($1240 shipped from HTG)

Exhaust: J's or T1R (~$1250 before shipping)

 

I'm doing performance before looks. once your done doing the dirty work, working on looks will be a lot easier. so i say j's exhaust but i would go for the 70rs dual

 

Thanks for the reply. I thought about the 70rs but wouldn't 2.75 inches be a little excess for N/A?

 

The 70 will be fine. Expect to wait 1-3 months tho to receive it. They are built to order and come straight from japan. I would also look into a flash pro if you want the most out of N/A.

 

70mm is fine. I have the HKS 75mm Single and it didint hurt at all.

It has been shown time and time again on engines that are 1.8L+ that 3inches does make more power and breath better even for N/A. Its just going to be loud and probably drone with the stock cat.
