I'm also looking for an AP2 lip. Here's what I've gathered from shopping around. All prices include shipment, paint, hardware.

Hondaautomotiveparts.com won't ship spoilers. I tried ordering a CR front lip and AP2 front bumper thru them. They refunded the order saying they couldn't ship it.
For the bumper: I ended up finding a similar website online....but located in Illinois not too far away. Then I had them NOT ship the bumper to me. Honda would ship it to them no problem (the way it works is that Honda ships it to the dealer from Ohio...then the dealer ships it to you). I picked it up from the dealer. If you live in Rhode Island, you could do the same thing with hondaautomotiveparts.com.
I found the lip on ebay for cheap thru some dealer in temecula that would ship. You could try that. I think it was norm reeves honda. I ordered my AP1 lip thru them. My friend ordered his AP1 lip thru them. I ordered my CR lip thru them. IIRC, the AP1/AP2 lips were like $350-400ish shipped. The CR lip was like $460 or something.
Lots of places won't ship big items like bumpers or spoilers. Too much $$ to ship.

I can vouch for Jay's. Bought my FUB/Lip from them for a good price. Shipped fairly quickly and its OEM.

Just add about $25 for shipping. I bought an NFR FUB/Lip for my 05 and it went on perfectly. Total I paid was $381.53.
