Default need some new mods

hey guys,

ive had my 05 for about a year now, and so far all its got is a mugen exhaust. i love the sound, but i'm starting to get the mod bug after seeing so many nice s2000's out there. what are the best value mods to get a little more oomph, or aesthetic value?

everything else is stock, but i was thinking about getting a OEM front lip and powder coating my ap2 v1's black.

will an intake help at all?

coating your v1's black is gay.

an intake will help.

just go with what you see out there that you like. my personal motto is "little bling, little zing"

I dont agree with that at all, I love black wheels, and new rims are way overpriced, especially with the economic times were in. I'd like to see a photo shopped version but I think it may look good!

I also agree, the first thing I did was rattle can my v1's on my gpw ap2. Also, went to the local bike shop and got some reflective wheel tape and went for the "time attack" look. Had numerous compliments, and nobody would have guessed they were stock.

if you want some better handling mods try the following:

In this order:
1.) Driver School
2.) Sport Tires then some more Driver School
3.) Feel good about yourself

Best money you'll ever spend for the "oomph" you're looking

1) CAI
2) Lightened flywheel and stronger clutch plate
3) 4.56 gears

Gears are a very nice mod but cost more than your average mod.
I think coating your v1's will look sweet. Really like those wheels in black or gun metal!

Powder coating your rims are not "gay". I prefer the stock shift knob, but many people like it. I say try it out first
