Get used to the car's power and using it in the corners... if you want to modify it so much maybe try interior stuff... things such as nice headunit, speakers etc. make it really nice...

then once you start to feel a limit or something wrong then try to adjust with a mod, strut brace, intake or whatever... tbh i am not going to be touchign performance for like 6 months at least... HU and speakers for me first

Read alot of threads and do alot of research, then decide what you want. once you start, it's hard to stop! spend wisely. but have fun doing it.

also there is a thread on here about best and worst mods. Look it up. It will help you to choose where to start.

Go with springs, wheels or bolt ons to start. Like everyone else. It will help you learn to not be afraid to work on your car and as weird as it sounds get a little more in touch with it.
Dude i keep looking at your avatar and keep wondering if your front is installed the wrong way around. Usually the tread goes outwards as you spin the wheel forward to emilinate water in the channels.

As for the OP, the best mod is track days. Learn to drive your car the way it was designed to be driven, and you will enjoy it 10x more.

Do NOT mess with the suspension. More often than not suspension mods do more damage to your handling than help, so unless you are ready to blow big $ on coilovers, I would stick to OEM. Wheels are a good start and make a big difference if you get a light set with better rubber.

Thanks to all on your advice. I had no mods in mind and love the car as it is. I've not found anything I want to improve so I guess I'll leave it as it is and just have fun with it. If there are no killer must have mods then seems pointless to do it for the sake of it.

So for now I'll do nothing. Cheers

The best mod is good car maintenance.

However, if your looking a little low end grunt and a bit more power -- Testpipe is a good way to start (cost/power).
