Hey Everyone, I just recently joined S2Ki and picked up my AP2 s2000. I came form an Evo 9 so obviously you would want to run a 3" stright pipe and what not. The thing with me Is I like my cars loud. So this was my plan for a custom cat-back.

I was going to chop off the muffler and reuse the stock tips. Have a custom 2.5" straight pipe from the cat to the tips with a 12" resonator in the mid-pipe so I won't lose that much power on the low end...Does that sound right or okay to any of you guys?

All the suggestion and opinion are appreciated..don't really care If any of you flame on me

dang 78 posts on the first day...nuts. instead of making a custom one...buy moonsoul's amuse r1000. you will have power, and you wont be disappointed by the sound. PM him.

if u want loud, get an INVIDIA v1 or something or any most of the single exhausts

 

The Amuse R1000 sounds means, but I want to keep the dual look. I like It a lot for some reason. Also I thinkt he Invidia canisters look to big imo. Thanks for the inputs guys

 

get J's dual 70. J's are loud

 

N/A exhaust you want 70mm
pretty much any 70mm exhaust (minus the Invidia Q300, also called the V4) is loud as hell from what i can collect. Invidia Q300 is one of the quietest for our cars.

Just look for anything 70mm and it should make decent power and be loud as sh*t especially if its invidia

 

I thought that idealy you wouldn't want any bigger then a 2.5" for s2ks unless you're going boost?

 

Ive always heard 70mm is the best, ideally for N/A

I dont know much about boost piping, as im an all motor type of guy.

Post up in the N/A forum, you'll get some sure fire answers there.
