"Page not found"

That said, I took my car to a professional detailer who also did vinyl wrap. He did a great job and was a very competitive cost. I suggest you ask around for good vinyl wrappers. I can say that my guy had to use a template for the AP2 and modify it when he cut the PPF, but he custom fit it and got good results.
He did the nose and my front lip.

Here's a screen shot, sadly the only vinyl wrapper in my area went out of business.

You can order precut panels from Expel and put them on yourself but you would do better by having someone install it who has done it before. I put on Expel cutouts for the headlights and it was fine but I am used to that kind of application from years of model airplane/mylar construction with that material.

I would also add that you should not do the short version or "bra" cutout as it looks like crap when dirty. I bought an Outback from a buddy who had that bra put on when the car was new. I don't like it at all. Just a little more and the entire hood could be covered. I have the full monty (nose, hood, lights, fenders, mirrors and door edges) on another car and it looks terrific. Also Expel.

Plus I imagine headlights are cake compared to some of the curves and edges of entire nose

If it fits anything like half the car parts from AliExpress, expect to trim it like you’re giving your S a nose job with safety scissors

Thanks for the feedback. Although when it comes to PPF or any wrapping, maybe you have to start somewhere. I say this because having priced it up previously, the cost of paying somewhere else for fitting and then removal, which can take even longer, can end up costing more than paint. I don't want a show car, but I don't want to worry about stones everytime I go out, here in the south of France we have amazing roads, but they use tar and gravel to resurface on the cheap and you can't avoid getting a car peppered.

They do a full bonnet and wings kit as well.

That can be the case, that's why I ask. Because from experience in other domains it can be very variable, Honda and other big brands have a good chunk of their manufacturing in China now, which tells a story. I recently bought some Briggs and Stratton 'copy' carbs for 20% of trade price in Europe. What turned up were identical carbs to the original even had the part numbers and Briggs logo on them, clearly out of the back door of the same factory. Not sure I'd want to put billet rods or forged pistons from Aliexpress in my car though.

It actually took a bit of work to get that stuff down all the way down to the edges. Took some heat and a lot of pressure with plastic tools. It was cloudy for a week or two and cleared up beautifully.

From experience, almost all stone impacts I have had are on the snout of the car and the hood. The fenders seem to be immune to chips. Hood is easy to apply film, the nose much less so!
