Default NSX front brake calipers on s2000

Hello guys. I've tried to make research about possibiluty of installing front calipers from NSX on s2k.
But I didn't found any proofs that it is possible.
Maybe there was some projects or someone already make this swap?
Does It worth it?

Unless you can get these for an absolute steal, it makes a lot more sense just to buy a lightly used BBK designed for this car.

^ this or get some TL type S [4 pot] calipers for cheap but still would haft to figure out proper proportioning and mounting.

Only worth it to get a bbk designed for the car and you track and experience a good amount of fade. On the street its all bling.

Seriously? How much do you think they go for?

I picked up a pair of NSX calipers for my '96 Accord from a guy for $200 (caliper + brackets) and traded my stock calipers. So maybe $300 total?

The cheapest BBK I've seen is at least $800, unless you count the V6 Accord calipers but those are gotta be at least $300?

The question is would they actually increase performance?

Don't do the TL type-s calipers. The pot layout/sizing is designed to be mounted towards the front unlike the s2k which mounts towards the rear.

They are likely lighter, have two pistons (presumably more surface area), and are ribbed for her pleasure....

I saw nsx calipers on a s2000 at some car show. I was thinking about doing this too with legend calipers but reading some threads that say it doesn't bake too well.

I did this a while back.

Test fitted Racing Brakes 2 Piece Rotors on the S2000 today. The Rotor are 25mm taller and 3mm wider than the stock S2000 rotors. The RB rotors are 324mm x 28mm, with NSX calipers. I looked every where on the forums and I could not find, anything clear info if the caliper would fit the S2000. They fit, I had to shimm the Caliper bracket 4mm.

Clears the Volks 28n with about 5mmm

Racing Brake on the Left and S2000 on the Right.

Your post is confusing so I'm going to list a few questions I'm sure other members have as well:

1. Did you put NSX calipers on your s2k? If so is it a direct bolt on or do you need brackets to fit the NSX caliper?

2. The RB rotors you use is for an NSX as well?

3. Any feedbacks on braking with this new setup?

I already have a 13" rotora BBK so I'm just asking out of curiosity and for other members who might need more info. Nevertheless this seems to be a cool (And apparantly possible alternative to a BBK). The only other thing I've seen is fitting DC5R brembo calipers but that requires milling down 7mm of the calipers and it's a little scary for most people to do.
