Default Oem Side Strake Help

So I'm buying used side strakes, but the guy doesnt have the cutout that comes with them to measure where to drill holes in order to mount them. If anyone has this piece I will gladly pay for shipping/gas to borrow it and will return it once finished. Im located in Orlando, Fl. Idt this is really a WTB thread, but a rather a help thread. Mods correct me if I have mistaken, thanks!

I installed my oem side strakes last week and I didn't used any template? All I did was pre installed the side strakes first and make sure everything lines up, mark it and drill it. Good luck!

Will 3m tape hold? I've heard of guys doing this but I never heard the outcome of wether or not they had problems. Do you guys know of the part list of what the side strake SHOULD come with as far as bolts and washers, ect...

ya i hate it that the side strake is held on by tape. The bottom of my strake fell off and is only secure by the tape and the 2 screw on the side. I was looking at possibly drilling and putting a screw somewhere underneath it to hold it in place but no luck so far without it being visible.

Use the red label 3M tape and the screw on the bottom. *If* the tape where ever to fail, the screw would keep it attached, but the tape shouldn't fail. No need to drill.
