Looking for serious recommendations.






I am the buyer.
Seller wants $650 to ship OEM shocks [41k on them] with Eibach Lower Springs [2-3k on them], and the OEM springs
[also 41k on them]. Shipping is from NY to AL. Is this sound like a good deal??

Its getting harder to find these that aren't already on the verge of being completely worn out (100k mikes or more). The prices keep going up.

Still, that seems a little high to me. Especially since they don't exactly seem pristine. Function matters more than appearance, but appearance gives idea of what sort of life they lived.

Also, lowering springs wear them out much faster. Seller seems to be thinking the lowering springs are a bonus. But reality seems to be opposite.

I'd pass unless you need them now. It might take a while, but a better deal will likely come along.

 

Assuming everything the seller has told you is truthful, its a decent deal.

I recommend just buying a Bilstein PSS9 setup as a "sure thing" (~$1500).

But I believe you said you don't wanna spend much on this. So maybe go for it on the used OEM stuff.

 

There is currently a used set of pss fs on fb for, wait for it...$650.

Look as good better condition than these oem units.
