Default OEM Tonneau Cover

hey i searched through the forums and couldnt find any DIY for installing the tonneau cover. I tried gettn it on about a year ago and just gave up. Just wonderng if anyone has pics of their install or anything.

and another question: would a tonneau cover from MY2004 fit on a MY2000??

Thanks.

The leather one?? It just clips in. Couldn't be easier. What couldn't you do? It's not much of an install takes 2-3 minutes at most..Just clip the little metal clips on the car into the leather cover and your done.

4 clips.

Easiest way is to clip on one of the middle ones first. After, walk over to the other side and stretch / push down the tonneau cover until the other middle clip attaches. Then continue onto the side ones.

Once the tonneau cover is clipped in place you can tuck it in the back.

Yes it'll fit.

It's not the easiest thing in the world, but with practice it becomes easier.

I've never seen a "DIY" or tutorial for putting it on, but it's pretty simple.

The car itself has 4 "clips" that stick out, the cover has 4 holes. Clip goes into the hole. And don't even try to get your hand in there, it won't fit - just push down on the cover and try to line it up with the car. Also.. make sure your top is all the way down.
