OEM Wing
Are you asking about the decklid spoiler? Or the raised spoiler offered during the AP2?
If the deck spoiler, there are 4 holes. The 2 outer holes are bolts and the 2 inner holes are nuts that screw onto studs in the spoiler. It could be reversed, I can't remember. But there are 4 total holes. I purchased one a while back to install, but never got to it. If I can remember the research I did, not much information on it, there is a rubber gasket that goes along the outside perimeter of the spoiler, similar to a thin 3M double-sided tape. Around each hole, there is also a single-sided sticky gasket to prevent water from seeping into the holes. If you search hard enough, you might find a post that shows the picture of these gaskets. But I do remember there not being a whole lot of information.
If the OEM spoiler you're purchasing does not come with hardware, you can find them at a hardware store. They're pretty standard-looking nuts and bolts. As for the gaskets, you can go with a thin layer of 3M double-sided tape. I haven't installed mine yet, still waiting to paint it. But back in 2007, when I had my first s2000, I installed an Ebay replica and that's what I used. Worked just fine, no leaks and no rust.

There are two OEM rear spoilers plus the extremely limited CR wing.
In the factory box the OEM spoilers (ducktail and little wing) should include all the parts and the CR wing may include the three supports. For some reason I recall the CR wing needs things inside the trunk to handle downforce, the regular spoilers just bolt on. These, like the front spoiler and side strakes, were dealer-installed options and Honda boxed them with all the parts. (I doubt the CR shipped from Japan with that wing sticking up on the back and am guessing the dealer bolted it on.)
Here's the data sheets for the wing and ducktail:

Lots of parts that show "In Stock" on line turn out to be discontinued when you try to buy them. There are very nice reproduction "ducktail" spoilers available on Ebay finished in body color which are held on with 3M body tape. There are probably little wing spoilers as well but I never looked. Drilling holes in the trunk lid for these cosmetics is something I'd not personally do.

the CR wing is still available from Honda but the other wings including the 20th are no longer available anywhere I can find. I've got the Ap2 "wing" and I love it. If I can find a OEM CR wing used I'll probably buy it to have it
ahh yea I can't help you with the wing, but the more common 'ducktail' 25th Anniversary repro is still in stock - I see ICB has them if you change your mind https://www.icbmotorsport.com/hoacs220andu.html
