Default Official Short Shifters Thread

I only know of two shifters (C's Shifter and AxialFlow) but I wanted to know other people have tried something else or even a DIY project.

axialflow here. depending on which knob you use, it can have an annoying rattle. but the feel of the shift makes up for it.

I thought there is a fix for it out now? Im pretty sure Ricks was suppose to send the part out to the first group of buyers and it comes in the kits that are sold now.

The rubber/foam ring or something to go in with it......?
i got that with it when i bought it used. but that rubber boot can only stop so much vibration. some of it still passes to the knob, and it rattles depending on if your knob is heavy or not.

i have a axialflow SS, but do not have any issues with rattles. I absolutely love the feel of the gears. Much better, in my opinion, than the C's short shifter... which is an actual short shifter. The gears feel too close and its easy to miss gears...
