I'm planning on ordering a part online from South Bay Honda (CA) and need it shipped to Vancouver BC.

There are a few shipping options, which should I choose to get it here within a couple of weeks? What other factors do I need to consider?

 

If the parts have to be ordered from Japan, or happens to be the group buy for the SBC RPF1's.

 

Did I read that right? Is there currently a group buy for RPF1's in SBC? I'm also currently looking for these rims. How can I get aboard?
