Default PLM header Installed...

Header was installed this past weekend. Went on well because i was doing a clutch change and the motor was dropped about 3 inches anyways so it got on well. Fitment is pretty good...BUT i may need other to chime in because i dont think i was the only one with this issue. I bought the header thinking that since it has two o2 bungs on it i can install it.. but no the second bung is soo close to the underbody its impossible to get anything connected to that second bung and I was told and sold that they bung would fit...a little pissed off about that...but here are the pics...anyone else having these issues?

Your pictures don't work. Hmm I'll check the second bung when i get home. Didn't pay too much attention to it, since im not using a wideband.

BTW how did you remedy the exhaust leak at the cat/testpipe juncture with the donut gasket?

I basically had to create some custom spacers...some washers to pull the test pipe and the header closer together to close the gap..what im thinking of doing is using the stock donut because it is definitely bigger and try that. other people used the stock donut and some gasket sealer...there are some things i have to try.

I installed my PLM header this week and I also am worried about my wideband in that same bung. Although mine isn't nearly as close as yours is the wires have to run across the top of the header and I am concerned it could melt causing a short. I'll try to take a pic later and post it.

I am also having trouble getting it to seal up. The donut gasket doesn't fit over the collector that well and I have a annoying exhaust leak from it.

I am almost wishing I kept the ebay one on and saved the $400 :/

I don't go by hear I turn it on and put my hand next to it and I feel it leaking. I'm going to try to seat it with a block of wood and hammer hopefully it goes on without destroying the gasket...
