Possible clutch buzz??
Original ap1 Honda clutch disk had buzz issues. Springs weren't held in place well enough. Eventually the section that holds them in place would fail, dropped spring, clutch seizes.
Honda improved the design (springs now in a tomb of metal. Not goin anywhere). They only sell improved version now.
Unfortunately, virtually all aftermarket disks are copies of original ap1 design, except often with lower quality materials (some better than others).
So all will buzz, all will fail from dropped spring well before they come close to wearing out (barely broken in).
For such a low volume car, not worth it for them to redesign and retool to copy improved design.

The AP1 design still had captive springs. IIRC, they had a dual captive spring.
The AP2/update disc has a single spring that appears to have slightly more preload.
OP, you can just buy a stock (genuine Honda) disc to fix your problem. Again, you *really* should also buy the factory bearing set and release bearing guide, as well as urea grease.
And you need to do an interlock bypass.
