Never, I've thought about doing one after reading on all the things that can lead to a misfire. Are they hard to do? Anyone got a diy up?

Just disconnect it quick and see if the issue is still there.

Vafc2 is a piggy back it may use the wideband, however your stock ecu that controls the engine 85% of the time uses the stock o2 sensors. You will need to plug both of them back in and then do the idle learn procedure. I surprised your car even ran at all without the stock o2 sensors hooked up.

The s2000 has two O2 sensors. The one in the header is the one the ecu reads and adjust to. The one in the cat doesn't really matter all too much. I ran a test pipe for the longest time, about 2 years. And for about a year I had a cel for the O2 sensor. But the car always ran like a camp. How does your spark plugs look? Or better yet when was the last time u change spark plugs and what are they?

idle learn procedure? And yeah it ran fine. Do you know if they make something to add another hole for a third o2 sensor. Since I already have the wideband installed I want to keep it.

Its been over a year since they have been changed. I have wanted to change them because i have the zex brand plugs which are one step colder for nitrous. I havent used it in forever so i was going to change them back to the bosch platinum +4s

You just buy a bung and have a hole drilled and the bung welded.
