Default quarter panel buckle

i never noticed this before, but i have a slight crease on my driver side quarter panel (as a result of getting my fenders rolled/pulled) . its a very slight crease, so i dont want bodywork done to fix it - is there any way for a dent remover to smoothen this out. i'm just curious as to how dents are usually taken out from the quarter panel since its welded on.

A friend of mine does paintless dent repair and usually doesn't gaurantee a perfect fix with "creases". Usually they can smooth it out, but rarely is it perfect. They have ways of getting behind the panel and work it with different tools and pressure. My advice would be to just take it somewhere locally and ask their honest opinion based on your specific situation.
Good luck.
