question about exhaust (cat-back)!

Hi guys
I have a J's racing 60rs cat-back and my buddy wants to buy off me.
My car is AP1(02) and his car is AP2 (06-07)
Is it going to fit??

it's likely that it won't fit. you could just test fit it since he's your buddy

if it won't fit, what would be the difference?? hanger location different??
