Default question about Megan Racing resonated test pipe

does anyone have pics of the inside of the Megan resonated test pipe. is it the same size straight through or does it taper (or neck down) at the resonator. please post pics if you can. thanks,

I would stay away. Every single part Megan makes for the 350z cracks.

would know from experience.

Yeah stays the same. Good quality test pipes too and great price. Got mine used for $40.
Megan racing exhaust components have been very good from my experience. Nice to not have to pay all the extra money for the name of a product too.

If you're buying the Megan test pipe new, they are now all non resonated. It says it with and asterisk on their website under the description.

Megan s2000 tp

I too have had a problem with Megan parts cracking on me. Not the s2000, but my 02 accord's resonated test pipe cracked. I got my Invidia test pipe new on ebay for like 55 bucks plus shipping. Not too bad.

did you notice the noise difference between the resonated and straight pipe. was the resonated pipe more quiet. the resonator doesn't seem to be very big to be much effective.

if the resonator doesn't make that much of a difference in sound level, then i'm just going to get an Invidia straight through test pipe.
