For springs here is a rundown from what I've researched:

Tein H (High) Tech (what I have) - Mild drop, around .6'', not as much wear and tear on stock shocks, not as bouncy ride as tein s-techs, pretty close to stock in feel.

Tein S-Tech - Larger drop than the H-tech, around 1'' or so, supposedly little bouncy ride.

kg/mm - Good reviews all around the forum, sport version lowers around .6'' and race 1.25''+ drop. Seems to be one of the top four most popular springs on this forum with Espelir ASD, Eibach, and Swift. Performs well at the track, race version noticeably stiffer than stock. Sport version close to OEM.

Espelir - Around a 1.3'' drop all around, supposedly maintains good ride quality but a bit stiffer and highly touted and well reviewed on this forum, especially when paired with koni shocks.

Swift - Around 1'' drop all around (fronts are a little less ~.7''). Also well reviewed and supposedly maintains close to OEM ride quality.

Eibach - Similar to swifts, decent drop and maintains shock life. Ride quality supposedly close to stock but might feel a bit "softer".

Neuspeed - Supposedly the lowest drop out of all springs, average reported drop of about 1.5''. Not sure about ride quality though.

Hope that list helps! I will probably end up switching to Espelirs as they have a nice drop but aren't ridiculously low but still maintain nice ride quality.

I believe Skunk2 springs give the lowest drop, but you'll here both positive and negative remarks regarding them. The official springs thread has a lot of good info.

You should read the official springs thread. I would say go with the Espelir springs though.
