Question for BYS Spoiler owners

Was just wondering if anyone was pulled over or ticketed for not having the third brake light installed? I'm waiting to paint my spoiler but this has me a little concerned.

I guess it depends on your local PD. I have no 3rd light with mine and have "0" problems at all. But im in Michigan

I haven't heard of anyone with a BYS spoiler getting pulled over for that.
