In Cali they have similiar laws (though not frequently enforced).

They will write you up for something regarding obstruction of veiw (or something like that). A friend got one in his Evo and when he went to court he should them the brosure from the dealer and they dropped the case. If it would havebeen an aftermarket wing he probably would have received a fine

That's my best option if I get a CR wing I suppose, and take it to the court if I ever need to go to the court.

I was hoping it has something along the lines of how our headlights have "DOT Approved" or something engraved in it. If I stamp something on the wing myself ... then that's probably more illegal than having the wing itself ...

That's the thing. The CR wing is OEM ... I like the Mugen wing a lot and doesn't look as nutty as the CR wing, but that's aftermarket. I would have a harder time defending myself. But of course, with a CR wing, then I would have to defend myself more often. What a pain eh ...
