question of Spoon blue side mirrors

Moddiction kit is awesome... rather than a heat gun, I soaked my mirrors in 160-170 degree water for 3 minutes... the glue loosens, the plastic becomes pliable, and a plastic flat tool will work the mirrors out of the housing. After you put the new ones in, heat the plastic back up with water, and slowly cool it in air, then cooler water to re-solidify the plastic housing... took 15 minutes for each side with no prior experience in removing my side view mirrors. The visual gains... amazing.

^^that's one way to do it. i used a hair dryer and no tools just took the mirror and black piece off the housing, heated the black trim around the mirror with a hair dryer, pulled the trim off the mirror on each side, scraped whatever tacky goo stuff off the old mirrors and put it back in the trimming, took the new mirror and pulled each side at a time to install the new mirrors, and put them back in the housing on the car (which was the hardest part, being cautious not to break the new mirrors, basically never push in the middle of the mirror)

I slapped my middiction mirror right over my original mirrors. Its been well over a year and they're still there Great product! goes well with my spoon blue wide rear view mirror.
