The CWest eyelines should fit both AP1 and AP2 since they are the same shape, just different bulbs and what-not.

Here ya go on the K&N info:

2005-2005 K&N FIPK: http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=57-3514 (57 series). Now their website says it fits all s2000's, but if I recall correctly there is an additional bung needed for 06's and up.... plus there is also a 63 series one, not sure what the difference is.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they are very similar. This is waht started my question in the first place. Nee to ask someone with like an 08 and see if they have the FIPK.

K&N fipk fits '00-'05 s2k without any modification. For '06+ there is a sensor you have to drill a hole for. Other than that, the only difference between the 63 and 57 is that one is carb legal and one is not. I can't remember which one but one of them just comes with a sticker that says its carb legal....so if you're in Cali you need the carb legal one.
