Default Ralco RZ pulleys are defective

I know it was posted a couple months back by someone that the Ralco RZ pulleys for the S2000 are defective. I made contact with Ralco and the only offer they are willing to make me is to replace the set for $50. I know at least 3 other members of S2ki have repported they have problems with their Ralco pulleys. When I contacted Ralco they said I was the only person reporting they problem. I would like to see if i could get everyone with defective pulleys to file a complaint and hopefully we can get our money back or at least some non-defective pulleys.

I've had them on my TSX for well over 30,000 miles and no problems.
