Looks very good Gilly. I was thinkin of doing the mulder v.2 with the 3 strips? but at this point I may just keep it solid and clean. Either way... Sexy

I kept the classic look... didn't want to do too extreme with my new clear diffusers

For something that *is* a bit more 'extreme'...imagine doing Ravenwork's version of Mulder's idea to a set of USDM clears!



I think this looks fantastic!...but maaaaaaaaan would I hate all the tape & prep-time it must have taken him ...

tape and prep doesnt' take too long... specially when you did it for a living for 3 years like me

wow that would look sick, does anyone have a DIY for how to tape off the ravenwork style muldering? I want my diffusers!!!!

Just look at his pics and tell yourself that wherever you see amber...*that's* where you have to apply tape. You 'mask' those areas...then prep/spray...then peel tape off gently after letting dry. Mulder has an excellent DIY thread too. Just search 'mulderize' and you'll find the thread toot-sweet...

oh and for gilly, do you plan to keep the clear bulbs? or buy the orange ones.. because i dont feel like painting them silver in order to hide them.lol
