Does anybody know what the difference is between other than $30?

It's a fender flare and there is no difference between the two.

Does the OEM Arch has to be cut?! (I guess so!)

J's racing does not make a rear over fender. never have. They use it, but it has never been listed as one of their products. It is the ASM rear over fenders. We have them in stock if interested.

It doesn't HAVE to be. But the purpose of them is to run wider wheels and/or more aggressive offsets, so you should.

you have two choices...1) cut them or 2) roll them under the rear over fenders.
