Default Recommendations on clutch and flywheel...

Currently my car has about a little over 100,000 miles on an 2000 ap1. From what the previous owner had told, he never changed the clutch or the flywheel. Therefore, I know I should change my clutch, but its not exactly slipping either, but my main concern is on whether or not to change the flywheel or get it resurfaced. If I were to replace teh clutch, what brands would you guys recommend, should I go OEM or get something like TODA, ACT, etc.....? All advice is welcomed.....

go with act or competition clutch.they are the best out there and even better than the j's, spoon, toda, asm, exedy, etc. in my opinion..i would change the flywheel if money isnt an issue...go with the act prolite...i think comptech is the best but i know that they dont make them no more, and the 2nd best in my opinion is act....

i had tried them both on my past cars and they are nothing but success.

act gives u a slight stiffer feel on the pedal but the competition clutch is like stock or even lighter feel but it grabs like crazy--both are good stuff...

If your clutch isn't slipping, than you don't need a new one.

I just had the spoon clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate installed. I enjoy it greatly.

Engagement is just a little greater, pedal moves easier, engine revs faster.

you can get much better deals on eBay than from hardtopguy. he sells the pressure plate, disc, and TOB for $725 before shipping. you can get the clutch package from eBay for $500 shipped and the TOB for under $100 from a honda parts site. you can also get the ACT flywheel from eBay for about $20 cheaper than he sells it.

thanks for the input. I will probably look into the HT special...I just want to know whats the best for daily driving. I don't really need anything too agressive.
