Rick's Accessories phone #?
Sorry if this isn't the right place to post.
I have been trying to get in contact with Rick's Accessories for around 2 weeks now. The reason being is that I ordered a yellow box through his website a couple of weeks ago and have not yet received it. I found out that the reason was due to a "undelivered" address and the yellow was returned to the shipper. So I have been trying contact Rick. I tried to contact him through PM but it won't work because he can't accept PM, so I tried emailing him through the S2ki and no answer. I tried emailing to the email address that was provided on his website, but no luck either. There isn't a phone # posted on the website so I can't call him.
I just want to make contact with him so that we can go ahead and complete this transaction. I am just about ready to go to my bank and cancel the payment, but I just want to give him one more chance.

Did you try emailing Stratocaster. He is who I dealt with when I ordered an X brace from them. He was always really quick about emailing me back. I think the longest I waited was overnight once to get a reply. He is a really good guy. If he isnt who you tried, then you could try him. Good luck.

I dont think they have a phone #. It is run by 2 guys in their spare time and is not their primary job.
That being said, they are 100% dedicated to customer service and I know they'll take car of you.
