I think it used to be sold through Racing Innovations but their website is history. Anyway it doesn't need to meet any requirements. I just want it for a little extra safety and I like the snug way it installs.
I'm 100% sure that pic is of the Safety21 4-point. The link I attached isn't showing the correct picture, as all Safety21 bars are painted black. Plus, it's showing the 5 point bar I believe...sorry about that!

The angle of that pic is giving the illusion of downward bending rear bars. If you look closely, these rear bars don't bend straight downward...they're slightly slanted.

You're right, thanks for the help. Now my only problem is that I'm 6'2" and it looks like the seat won't go all the way back once the bar is installed. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks again.
