Default s2000 grounding kit

i just purchased a s2000 and one of my friend gave me his universal grounding kit for his 92 integra. The kit is brand new and never has been installed. Since i got it for free, i want to install it. Will if fit? and if it does, anyone have pictures stating where the bolting points are?

I think you can bolt it wherever you want, because it doesn't make any difference
Maybe you get 0,1whp from it if you are lucky. But it looks cool, and I have it on my S too.

I think I have one the intake manifold, one on the block by the vtec solenoid, one by each frontlight, and one somewhere right next to the battery.

i noticed on older cars this helps more. its about keeping the grounds fresh. i used 10 gauge spkr wire and it worked out nicely. in my old prelude i picked up 2 tenths of a volt at idle and it idled a little smoother. but it was also 17yrs old

I made a better ground for my TSX and my S2000, both helped! That OEM ground is pretty weak, just look at it.

My TSX was drive-by-wire so I noticed a big dif. in throttle response. It wasn't as noticable on my S2000 (it is pre D-B-W).

Leave the OEM ground in-place and run a good ground to the engine, that should be plenty.

Those things don't do shit.

If your existing grounds are so horribly corroded and bad, it only brings things back up to the "normal" level.

Not worth your time and effort.

The S is old enough that a grounding kit might help (bring you back to normal). Then again it might just help keep you at a normal level longer. Either way, for free, it is great insurance.

Since all never cars depend heavily upon electronics there is a world of ills that can accrue due to grounding ills. Our cars are at an age that we will begin seeing more and more issues attributable to wiring and grounds.
