A Google search for the springs shows many sources but how many actually have the part is questionable. As you can see there are two springs needed. Doubt it will work with just one but give it a try.

All OEM spoiler kits from Honda came with two stronger springs. Compensating for the weight of the Spoiler.
Most Owners dont know this or forget this over time. 20 Years later, if selling or mounting a spolier, the fun starts. Who has keept the Original springs stored away safely?
And you need a special tool for removing and installing the springs, or.... good luck.

Just find some magnet or flat item with magnet (Harbor Freight anyone?) and stick them on the back corner to your liking. Done. Hell, you could even hot glue something flat and heavy.
