Default Seat covers?

Hey guys, I have always wanted a two toned red/black interior but don't want to pony up 1000 or more for two slightly used seats.
I saw these advertised on this site and they look awesome, but don't know about how well they fit, how hard they are to put on, how durable they are etc...

Thanks guys

Can you post a link to the covers, so we can get a better picture.

^ I've got those, put them a few weeks ago and I really like them. There's a thread running around somewhere with pics from people who have bought them as well.

Really good deal for $200-250

Hey sw05ks2k, how tough are they to put on? Is it something that needs to be done by a shop (remove existing leather and cover with new leather) or is it something that goes right over the seat as is and could be done fairly easy.

Got any links to that thread?

It was pretty easy, they slip right over the stock leather so you don't need to take them to an upholsterer to get them put on. FWIW, if you do get them, I would recommend taking the seats apart (separate the seat back from the bottom seat cushion) to get the covers to sit properly underneath the plastic trim bits on the seats.

Oh yeah, and let them sit in the sun for a bit to warm up, makes them a bit more pliable to get them to stretch and sit properly.

^Do you have any good pics of yours? I think I am going to pull the trigger on these. Really want those black/red seats!

^I haven't taken any pics of mine yet, I'm holding out taking any until I've got my interior done before I post any up, sorry about that.

Mine look just like these, but with grey stitching

I was very skeptical about buying covers, but after getting them on, I couldn't be happier.
