Default Seat warmers?

Just got my 03 last week and found these buttons. Are they aftermarket? Look like seat warmers but can't figure out if that's what it is. Don't see a major difference with them on.

People sometimes add seat warmers as DIY mod, but it's not something the car came with from the factory. Those switches are aftermarket/DIY.

Those are definitely eBay seat heaters. Just installed a set a few months ago and they have been great. They aren't instant heat but do get really hot on high after 3-5 minutes. However, the wiring provided is nowhere near enough to reach the overhead lights so I'd definitely be checking that first if they aren't working.
