Beware of all the fake Brides and Recaros on eBay. I think they sell a pair of Brides for about 350-400, which is also fake.

It says Made in Taiwan in the description.

 

just look at where its coming from, Malaysia! Fakessss!!

 

most of them may use Authentic seats in their pictures...but you'll be getting the fakies.

If you notice, none of them say AUTHENTIC in the description which to their defense they can use if you try and get your money back because they sold you replicas.

to the op: that fake seat is like 500, just wait and buy the real thing. your life is worth it!

 

Along with the "made in Taiwan", also notice in the description there isn't any information other than "New Condition" and "No Warranty".

More ammo for their side of the "You sold me a fake" ebay dispute, should it ever come up.

 

The pics had me a little confused when it appeared that they've used real pictures in their listings but I pretty much figured that they were fakes since it said made in taiwan. I'm also a bit surprised how none of the past buyers who bought one complained or gave the seller a negative feedback after purchasing one...guess they knew they bought a fake, and for just a little more money I can get the real deal lmao. Thanks all for your input on this subject matter.

 

The fake Brides usually look 100% identical. Some claim they are not as safe but nothing to back that up usually. Just speculation.

 

always buy from a reputable dealer when in comes to high end products like seats

 

You pay what you get seriously. At $330, what do you expect.
