seibon oem carbon trunk

Default seibon oem carbon trunk

does anyone have any info on these? are they good fitment, good quality? i need to know asap, local guys picked up and s2k and doesnt want the carbon trunk and is looking for a straight up trade for my oem trunk. please let me know asap thanks.

seibon has a dry carbon drunk. around 7 lbs.

anything on fitment...also would this be daily driveable. i dont mind waxing it once a week or up two a couple times a week.

you are looking at $1400-1500. they didn't get sold many since it's pretty expensive. but i dont think they will sell a crap for that much money. their factory in china has improved a lot. make sure you dont buy those trunk which is only $400-500. someone recently posted that his MG trunk's edge is fading after 2 yr only.

okay, thanks. the trunk they guy wants to trade me is one of the 400-500 carbon fiber ones. i dont think im going to do it only because i heard it will fade and stuff. but i was told if i waxed it often it would be okay

i wont waste 500 on it. unless a lot of people had good experience in long term, i rather buy a better one or stay oem. i have seen a cheap cf spoiler on a 350z. fading and cracking everywhere. it just looks terrible.
