SHINE FRONT BUMPER

when installing the shine front bumper is it necessary to remove the bumper reinforcement and if so what are the consequences if you get in an accident bent frame?

why not just keep it lol.
bent frame is more expensive to fix. and in some cases might lead to salvage title
