Default Should I trade?

I just got offered mint Black and Red Sparco Sprints with pads and harnesses for my stock red s2000 seats. My seats have wear, considering the car has 90,000 miles on it. Should I trade?

Here's a picture of the seats..

One consideration I'm having..

What do I mount the harnesses to? Is there a brace behind the seats?

My last question, does anyone know the life span of the harnesses? Is it 3-5 years for them to expire?
