Default Shut up K&N

I'm thinking of decreasing the vol of loudness of my K&N. I would rather listen to the engine more than the sound of sucking in air.

Anyone know or did anything to keep the intake sound quiet? (so that I could listen to my mum yelling "Brake! Brake! Brake!" right before I enter the corner.)

Put the OEM airbox back in?

I highly doubt there is a good way to quiet an intake down without affecting it.

Sold my OEM box w/ K&N filter for $30 last year. So, can't go back anymore.

Ahh. Well I literally just traded my FIPK intake for an OEM airbox assembly plus $120. You could always do something like that.
