I recently just bought a 2000 honda s2000 and i was wondering what are some ways i can get the plastic replaced. its faded and yellow and i saw a few honda s2000 with glass instead. Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.

 

Glass was standard equipment starting with 2002 model.

There is a sticky DIY for changing the '00 and '01 soft tops out to an '02 or later with the glass window. You need to change the entire top. The window size is considerably smaller with the glass than with the plastic window.

 

If you're interested, I have a complete soft top with frame from an 02 for sale. It's a bolt on solution if that's what you're after.

Bottom line, get a Robbins top. ~$510 shipped.

 

Just got my soft top replaced with Robbins top cloth. I love it!


Now to get it tinted
