Default SOS Science of speed question

Like there website says.. email or call to see if the part you need is in stock before you buy it.

Of course the part i need is not in stock..

Bryan had told me he could send me a paypal deposit bill for $100 to guarantee that i get one the next time they get them in. 2-3 weeks

He did as promised and sent me a paypal bill of $100 to my account.

The SOS people have been very helpful and answered all my questions promptly

Anyone ever have to do this?
Should i send the 100?

I think what he sent you was an invoice using PayPal. Once you pay the invoice, I assume he then ships the merchandise. Never have heard of a "PayPal deposit bill." But I do believe he is talking about send you an invoice.

its just like putting a deposit down, basically saving the part to pay in full when it arrives at SOS. Then I am sure he will have to pay the remaining balance and then the part is shipped.

You can trust SOS. I've bought many parts through them leaving deposits at times and never had an issue.

SOS is one of the few vendors I have any trust in. They are S2000 enthusiasts first and here to make money second (or third or fourth)...

From my experience they've been very good. Sometimes vendors will do this if a part is high demand to assure a spot in line or if it's custom.
