Alloy Craft might do the trick.

Yea alloy craft does a pretty nice version, also one with a special snap in version using special plugs so you don't need to screw in, and they don't show the bolts ontop which is nice.
Only thing I don't like is that it says Alloy Craft on it....but if I were to buy I'd probably repaint it.

If your gonna powder coat it, most places sand blast the parts before coating them so wouldn't be a problem.
