Default Spoon diff

This item is currently for sale in Japan.
I can't help but think, wtf?

When converted to engrish the page reads

S2000 (AP1 AP2) it is the capacity UP diff. case cover of SPOON make which solves the capacity insufficiency of the diff. oil which is the weak point. Because the diff. carrier is modified in those of another model, it exhibits. Including also the one for carry extra, this time 2 you set exhibit.

Because both appearance it is very clean state the scar or the crack without altogether, feeling at rest, please bid.

As for the information where the product is detailed from this
http://www.spoon.jp/details.php?id=827&md=s2000&cid=3

How did they deduct the weak point for our crappy diffs cause as being not enough oil? We all know the axles / brittle crown and pinion are the usual cause for disaster within our diff casing....

You are forgetting the fact that this diff upgraded was intended for severe track use, not for the daily driver
I dont think oil capacity is an issue for normal driving and some track use. I always wanted one of those

That makes a little more sense. I'd be scared of tagging it and punching a hole

pretty trick part. i think the weak point for upping power is the gears, but the failure point for hard track use would be heat capacity and that is what is addressed here.

I'd drill a hole on it and plug in a Diff oil temp gauge sender

Hi guys is this worth the money or does it make more sense to go with a diff cooler altogether?

Why not tap the stock unit and run a hose to a tank or cooler?
$900 just for a casing is a bit excessive IMO.
