Spoon drop in filter

Hi

Someone already told me that the spoon drop in filter brings instructions to change your stock intake box!!

This is true??

If yes could someone say or show what the "teach" (say to do)

Im confused. A drop in filter is for the stock airbox. If you had to do anything else to your airbox it wouldnt be just a drop in.

i believe they mention cutting out the divider piece, but thats only what ive read. try a search.

tells to to "gut" the box. do a search on "gutted air box". tells you to cut the "wall" that separates the two chambers, and the elbow air guide.
