Default Spoon engine

Hi guys:

I just sold my prelude. I am looking into a s2000. I found a spoon modified nose cut for 9k (including engine, tranny, ecu). I wanted to know if that's a good deal.

Please advise!
Thanks

Take that 9 grand you are going to drop on a half cut and put it into boost, tuning, suspension and brakes. You'll have a much faster and better handling car than a stock s2000 with a "spoon" NA motor.

unless you are dead set on N/A and even then it is just having a name under your hood.

Go with boost, the spoon engine may net you another few HP and a name. Get a blower or turbo for 9k... you can get a really good setup for that money.

Wait a spoon engine? Are we talking about the same engine hector ordered along with t4 turbos and direct port nitrous systems at Harry's?

Spoon doesn't really focus much on power, you will gain a few ponies over stock but thats all. Spoon mostly focuses on response when they tune engines and they are big with suspension fine tuning mostly. Go with the words above and get a turbo kit and coilvers and put a big smile on your face when you slam that accelerator to the floor!
