I tried a search but could not find a comparison between these 2 headers so forgive me if it has already been answered. And if so, direct me to the thread.

My s2000 came with a Spoon header and i have just managed to source a UK supplier for a BERK 3" single cat-back with test pipe.

Would it be worth selling the Spoon and getting a Berk header? I have read a few posts slating the Spoon for losing peak power, but don't know much about the BERK.

UK is pretty rubbish for trying to source decent s2000 aftermarket parts, so i take inspiration from you guys in the US!! lol

They'll probably perform pretty closely. A test pipe or headerback exhaust combined with the header and tune will get you better results than just bolting them on.
